In order to make hot air balloon flight accessible not only to a select few, we have created a group flight program. This program allows everyone to experience all the delights of free flight in a hot air balloon at a reasonable price.

The main and only difference between a group flight program and an individual flight is that there will be other guests on board the balloon besides you, similar to a regular group excursion.

Depending on the time of year, groups can be up to 20 people in one balloon basket.

We draw the attention of guests to the fact that we STRONGLY RECOMMEND everyone who wishes to take a group flight on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, due to large traffic jams, to get to the meeting point by train to exclude the possibility late flight.

We meet in the parking lot in front of the Pomponchik cafe, located in the Hangar-Karting sports and entertainment complex.

By public transport, you can get to the meeting place by train from Savyolovsky station (Moscow) to the railway station "Morozki" (60-75 minutes on the way). Having arrived at the Morozki station, you need to go to Dmitrovskoye Shosse, cross the road and approach the Hangar sports and entertainment complex (~500 m), the meeting point is parking in front of the Pompomchik cafe.

Rules for organizing group flight

We recommend booking your flight date, during the warm season, 7-12 days before your chosen date.
Flights take place in groups of 6 to 20 people.
If the flight cannot be carried out due to actual weather or if the minimum group (6 people) is not reached, the flight will be postponed to another date by agreement of the parties.
At your request, the flight can be rescheduled no later than 2 days from the booked flight date.
Transfer from the meeting point to the hot air balloon flight and back is guaranteed for the number of guests taking part in the flight.
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed on the flight.

Meeting of club guests at the meeting point (Moscow region, Dmitrovsky district, Varvarino village, 1B).

Transfer of flight participants from the meeting point to the flight location.

Participation in preparing the balloon for flight (optional).

Group flight on a balloon, lasting 40 - 60 minutes.

Rite of initiation into aeronauts with club champagne and chocolate.

Presentation of memorial certificates and souvenirs.

Transfer of flight participants from the balloon landing site to the meeting point. The total duration of the program is 3-4 hours.

Flight times

Flights take place at any time of the year and each season is beautiful in its own way
In the warm season, flights take place twice a day, in the morning and in the evening.
In the morning, flights take place 1-2 hours after sunrise, and in the evening, flights take place 2-3 hours before sunset.
In the winter season, flights take place throughout daylight hours, and the exact time is selected depending on weather conditions.

Required weather conditions

The hot air balloon is rightfully considered the safest aircraft in the world and, like any aircraft, it has weather permits for safe use.

Free flights on a balloon are carried out with a wind force not exceeding 5 m/s and there should be no precipitation at the time of the flight. Cloudy or cloudy weather is not a reason to cancel a flight.

Clothing uniform

You have the right to come to the flight in any clothes that are comfortable for you, but there are a number of recommendations and rules:

There is only one rule for the dress code: shoes must have flat soles and no heels!
In our experience, you will be more comfortable in sportier clothing.
During the warm season, we recommend taking hats and mosquito repellent when flying.
If you plan to fly in the morning, during the warm season, we recommend using shoes that are as waterproof as possible, as there will be a lot of dew in the fields.
In the winter season, clothing should be appropriate for the season and it is better if you dress a little warmer than you usually do.

Age restrictions

The minimum age of a flight participant is 6 years.

The maximum age of a flight participant is 101 years.

Medical restrictions

We do not recommend flying for girls at any stage of pregnancy and reserve the right to not allow guests on the flight in late stages of pregnancy.
